I've spent 9+ years building programs that actually work, in one of the most complex humanitarian environments in the world. As a WFP partner and emergency response leader, I've led food security operations, mobilized $20.6M in funding, and managed teams delivering aid to tens of thousands of people across North Lebanon.
Beyond the humanitarian sector, I own and run Warshati Engineering Solutions, a private construction and interior design company, and have led multiple ventures across food services and local business. I don't just manage projects, I build the systems that make them run.
Rapid food assistance to over 30,000 displaced people across multiple crises, including the war on Lebanon, displacement from Syria, and recurring emergencies affecting both host and displaced communities.
Scaling daily meals to over 40,000 children in underserved public schools across North Lebanon and Akkar, ensuring consistent nutrition for the most vulnerable students every school day.
Developed, set up, and operationalized a series of community kitchens dispersed across Tripoli, each feeding up to 2,000 people per day, providing hot meals and creating sustainable community food systems.
Providing essential winter items and shelter support to over 5,000 families affected by harsh seasonal conditions, ensuring basic protection and dignity during the most difficult months of the year.
Assessing the needs of local grassroots organizations and delivering targeted capacity building through on-the-job coaching, helping partners build accountable and sustainable humanitarian response systems.
